Chevrolet Suburban: 1998 Chevy suburban rear AC blower not

Customer Question

1998 Chevy suburban rear AC blower not turning own. There is no current on the switch control above on the top, therefore, can't send the command to the blower relays. Any ideas why I don't current when ignition switch is turn on for accessories?
