Chevrolet Express van: 2004 Chevy van wont crank. fuse.

Customer Question

2004 Chevy van wont crank. Blown fuse. Replace fuse and starts. 5 days later, same scenario. then 3 days. then 1 Day. Traced to shorted Neutral Switch wire. Replaced wire, Fuse stays good now but wont crank. Can by pass relay and truck starts. But not from Ignition switch (Key). Add Ground to start relay and truck starts. PCM New. Still no crank??

can you pull out the starter relay and with the key ON do 2 out of the 4 terminals in the box the relay plugs into show 12 volts ?
