Will the Chevrolet motor company approve to have the injections replaced? I read that those people that bought their truck new , got a recall and had there ijectors replaced while mileage was 1000,00. Then Chevy put on a memo that new injectors would be warren tied for 7yr/

7 years/200k miles from the date the vehicle was placed into service, that is correct. Your 2001 is well past that point of coverage, though, being 14 years old.
