Hello and welcome to Justanswer!
You pretty certainly have one or more injectors that have failed.
When an injector mechanically fails and either returns excessive fuel or leaks into a combustion chamber when cranking it will cause either a long crank time or it can prevent starting altogether because it prevents the fuel rails from pressurizing properly. This will also cause the low rail pressure code.
If you do get the engine to start then the affected cylinders will be overfueling which will cause the poor running and smoke. the rough running and smoke lead me to believe you have at least one injector that has mechanically failed and is severely overfueling a cylinder.
