Hi there, I am cam. I'm sorry to hear about this issue, let's see what we can do. To start with, can you take the battery to a part store and have it load tested?
Expert:  GM Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.
I understand that you had it connected to a charger or a booster, however it's important to understand that any dead shorts or faults inside the battery will negate any attempts to boost or charge. That in turn makes a load tested the battery only steps we can start with, and for an electrical issue we have to have a solid battery as a starting point.

The fuse link, you mean the mega fuse on the positive cable? IF so then did you try running a different ground wire or cable to the engine block with a jumper cable as a test?

yes dead

Ok so do ANY fuses get power in the underhood fuse block? If no then the power comes from the junction behind the battery through the cable to the large pin on the bottom of the fuse block.
