my power outlets in the dash and behind the consul do not work..i checked fuses, they look fine, the outlet inside the consul works fine

I am sorry for the long wait are you sure the fuses # ***** and # ***** are NOT blown in the inside fuse box ?

yup, checked them with test light

and both fuses show 12 volts on both sides of both fuses ?if so at any dead outlet inside center back does it show 12 volts testing inside the outlet ?

thats odd they are all dead as they use 2 different power wires for each set of outletscan you follow the red/white wire from and outlet back and see if the wire is broken or unplugged ?

also see if the outer part of the outlet shows a good groundit uses the outer part as a ground and the power is inside back center of the outletsee if they show a ground
