Please Test Voltage + on the ORANGE wire at the Brake Switch, under Driver Dash
Test Voltage + on the WHITE wire at the Brake Switch, under Driver Dash with Pedal Down.
Is the Voltage + on "both wires"?
IF NOT, Test Fuses "5" & "23" on "both sides", located in the Fuse Panel

it has always come on when the pedel goes down 2x4 holding pedel down little room to test

if you cannot get to the wires or the Brake Switch, you need to remove the Lower PanelThere are a couple of Phillips or 7mm screws securing the Panel to the dash, below

Yes, that was not mentioned.......
Then you need to test the Rear Harness connection into the Turn Signal Switch on the WHITE wire with Brake Pedal down

I am sorry for what appears to be Bad Service, but I can only answer to the Information you provide.
IF you are referring to the ORANGE wire at the Brake Switch

IF there is Voltage + on the ORANGE wire & there is NO Voltage + on the WHITE wire with Brake Pedal pushed, then REPLACE the Switch, as the Switch appears to be bad
ORANGE wire supplies Voltage + to the WHITE wire thru Switch when Pedal is pushed
