with the relay out and the key ON do 2 out of the 4 terminals in the box the relay plugs into show 12 volts ?

ok thank you for checking now out of the 2 last terminals that did NOT show 12 volts will one be a ground all the time and will the other show a ground only when the ac is turned on ?

ok if all those 4 terminals check like you said they did put the relay back in and unplug the compressor connector with the truck running and the AC set to ON does the green wire show 12 volts ? is the black a good ground ?
