2010 Yukon hybrid won't start

Hello, my name is***** for the question. If I am not online when you return please give me some time to get back to you. If the vehicle is not cranking then you need to check the main vehicle battery. It is more than likely low or dead. If the engine is cranking and not starting then you may have a fuel system failure. Which is it doing?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The engine does not turn over

If it does not turn over at all then you need to check the battery. You can even try jump starting it. It sounds like a dead battery.

Changed battery. Still nothing. It's a hybrid. Read that hybrid system may shut down if car battery dies. Any way to get it going without going yo dealer

Do you happen to have a voltage meter?
