License plate lights not working, thinking it's a fuse but don't know where the fuse box is ( just purchased it)

Hi there, I'm cam. Can you tells if the right and left tail lights work? If no then possibly fuses in the Underhood fuse block. There is a fuse for each side. If those lights are on then It's either a bad bulb, bad wire or socket, or there is a fault in the junction block forward of the rear number on the drivers side.
Have a look and see what you find but check the bulbs first.
