I have a 2013 Siverado bought on 8-7-13 and at 50 mph oil pressure is 39 at idle drops to 19 #' level roads, 80 degrees, is this normal?

this is the spec for the oil pressure for the active managment engine
if its 22 at 1000 RPM or higher its good
oil will think out somehwta when hot so give or take 2 psi when its very thinned out from the engine tempature
i really think your PSI is fine

22 psig 1,000 engine RPM
30 psig 2,000 engine RPM
33 psig 3,000 engine RPM

where the computer can shut off cylinders not needed when driving to get better fuel mileage

Handicaped and truck to tall to get in easily, can I switch tires and wheels from 18" to smaller ones, if yes could it hurt transfer case and transmition, ( four wheel drive)' ?
yes it could hurt all those things

If tire size changed to smaller size, can computer be reprogrammed to allow chage, to save transfer case and transmition?
yes the computer will need the tire size calibration changed in it to make up for the tire change
