Are you having a over heating problem? Do you know if the fan comes on when you turn the AC on?

yes overheating issue. Ac does not work. Fans never come on

How high is the gauge getting when it over heats?

gets alomost in red 3/4 of gauge when driving. 1/4 and 1/2 on idle.

Ok you can test the sensor by using a OHM meter, the amount of OHMs will depend on the temp of the sensor so need to check it a certain temp, I would check it when the engine is cold at that point the current air temp should be the temp of the sensor, I am not given every OHM spec for every temp so this is what I have, if the sensor is 68 degrees the OHMs should be 3520, if the temp is 104 the OHMs should be near 1459
