no power to 4x4 switch on dash 2003 silverado 2500 hd no power to module on side of transfer case
Hi, so when you turn the key on does the switch light up even for a sec or two? Any messages on dash like service 4wd? Let me know and i will try to help you out. Thanks Eric

no lights no service indication
Ok, first look in fuse box underhood for a fuse marker TREC 30 amp. See if its good, if you have a test light check for power on both sides of fuse with key on. Im not sure what transfer case you have so see if you have that fuse. Thanks, Eric

have power to both sides of fuse with key on

So you also have no power to the motor underneath? The module for the system is located under dash on left side. There should be power to the orange wire that comes from the fuse. If you have power there, then check the red wire coming from the module for power, this is the power down to the motor. A quick thing you can also try is disconnecting the battery for a min or two, reconnect and see if it comes back to life. Sometimes the module locks up and needs a "reboot". Let me know what you find. Thanks, Eric
Also when checking use the black ground wires at the module so we can verify them also. One is for the motor ground and one is for the module ground.
