Welcome to JustAnswer, my name is XXXXX XXXXX X'm here to help get your problem resolved. Are cylinders 3 and 6 the ones misfiring? Or all of them? Thanks

Customer replied 265 days and 9 hours ago.

Hi Dan, Yes 3and 6 are misfiring when idling. It smoothens out when given a little throttle. It drives down the road perfectly. whenever you stop at a light or park it will start missing on three and six---that is what the diagnostic tester says.

This sounds like a intake gasket leak, spray starting fluid/water around intake gasket when engine is cold to see if idle changes if so replace intake gasket. If not try some seafoam in engine. You can suck it into engine using a vacuum line while engine is running then pour into both of those cylinders. Let sit over night then following day run in low gear at high rpm to burn out any possible carbon deposits on the valves. If it was a problem such as coil or wiring to coil it would act up at all times. Let me know if you have any questions, thanks.
