have a silverado 2500 hd wont start turns over for 3 to 4 sec and stops turn key off turns over 3 more sec . i have about 58 lbs of fuel pressure

Can you check for spark at the plugs, pick a few and see what the spark is.

Second try a short spray of fuel into the air filter and see if it does start even for a moment.

ok didnt see no spark but shoot some starter fluid and it tried to run but why cant i keep turning it over for more then 3 sec

Ok, can you check the injectors for power on the pink wire at each injector?
If there is then get a tool called a noid light and install it in place of the injector and see if it flashes.
