no 5amp brakes

o.k.,the fuse that powers the brake lights is the fuse labeled STOP

Test across this fuse with it installed and see if it has power across it and let me know and we can continue from there.

its at my sons house so i texted him to go look an try it

o.k.,is the 3rd center mount high stop lamp working at all or are all brake lights not working?

only thing not working is brake lights every thing else works

well duh blown fuse so what does that other one control that says brakes is that the anti locks

yes,that should be for anti lock components.

Replace the fuse and see if it blows again when the brakes are pressed,if it does then there is a short in the wiring that needs traced and located and repaired.
