Hello I will help you with your question,

 

There is no resistance reading for the sensor except there should be "some"

 

The speed sensor test is to measure the AC voltage output when you rotate the wheel at a speed of one revolution per second by hand. You should disconnect the sensor and measure between the connector terminals for AC voltage a reading of 350 ACmV or .35 AC volts or above is acceptable.
