Hello and welcome to Just Answer.

Have you checked for power to the rear lamps?

With everything being out and on separate circuits, the common thing is a bad ground.

I will guess the fuses were checked for power?

Do you have an incandescent 12 volt test lamp?

Thank you.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
There was power to lamps until I changed the turn signal switch, as I said I ckecked all the bulbs, and fuses in the fuse compartment under the hood.

Hello .

No mention of fuses, so I needed to verify.
Did you check the fuses for power, not just visually?
I need to proceed as to not miss a step.

Do you have a test light?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
No test light. There was a mention of the stop light switch, or possible common ground and common power. Before the tail lights went completely out, my turn signal was "quick" when I applied my brake. Then today they turned dimmed, then we checked bulbs all were fine. We got the turn signal switch, the tail lights, and all lights quit working, no running lights, no turn signal, no back up lights.

I am going to pass on this one.
Without proper test equipment it will be difficult to proceed.
I hope your repair goes well.
Hopefully another expert will see this and be able to assist you with a repair.

Do not reply to me as it locks it back to me.
Thank you.
