Welcome to JustAnswer, my name is XXXXX XXXXX X'm here to help get your problem resolved. Ask follow up questions, thanks. I've sean this often caused by a failing mass airflow sensor, clogged fuel filter, weak fuel pump, and oxygen sensor. Monitor fuel pressure and make sure that under a load or during the problem, fuel pressure is going over 60 PSi, check for vacuum leaks and clean maf with cleaner from parts store.

P0131 Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Circuit Low Voltage
Possible CausesSetting Conditions
  • Check for air leaks in the exhaust manifold or in the exhaust pipes
  • Check for air leaks in the intake manifold and in related vacuum lines
  • Engine misfire condition present (look for P0300 series codes)
  • Fuel system too lean (possible low fuel pressure, water in fuel)
  • HO2S connector is damaged (check pins for damage, and for moisture)
  • HO2S signal circuit is shorted to ground
  • HO2S is damaged (i.e., cracked) or air reference hole clogged
  • PCM has failed
DTC P0101, P0102, P0103, P0106, P0107, P0108, P0112, P0113, P0116, P0117, P0118, P0121, P022, P0123, P0200, P0300, P0401, P0404, P0405, P0440, P0442, P0446, P0452, P0453, P1120, P1125, P1220, P1221, P1258, P1404, P1441, P1514, P1515, P1516, P1517 and P1518 not set; engine running in Closed Loop, fuel level over 10%, system voltage over 10v, TP angle from 8-50%, or on models with TAC, the APP sensor indicated angle from 3-70%, MAP signal more than 25 kPa, Intrusive and Scan Tool tests not enabled, then with the Lean Test enabled, the PCM detected the HO2S signal was less than 200 mv for 50 seconds; or during the P/E Mode test, the PCM detected the HO2S signal was less than 360 mv for 10 seconds.

This code sets in 2 Trip(s).
This code will turn on the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp)

If it runs rough you can see if it runs better disconnected if so its probably dirty or bad, otherwise no easy way to test..But it usually sets other codes so I'd replace that if fuel pressure is good, no exhaust/vacuum leaks, injector cleaner doesnt help, and oxygen sensor doenst help.
