Customer: replied 3 years ago.
can not remove rear steering crossmember it is welded to frame. this vehicle was in a front end collision 2 years ago and repaired to the tune of 11000 dollars . is there another way without pulling engine?
Expert:  David H replied 3 years ago.
I am not sure i will opt out so another expert can answer
Expert:  Gary replied 3 years ago.
the only other way is to grind down the welds to remove it.and secondly did you call the shop that did the job and tell them they welded something that should NOT be welded?that HAS to be removed to remove the starter.and that HAS to be removed to even pull the engine
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
