2006 Aveo: rear wheel bearing (whole hub assembly..drum brakes

Hello and thank you for using JustAnswer. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will do my best to help you with your Chevy problem.

Remove the nut at the center, then pull entire drum off.


Remove the snap ring securing the bearing.


Then use special tool shown to press out the old bearing and press in the new bearing. If you do not have access to this tool you will need to take the drum to a machine shop and have them press the bearing out and back in for you.
