My truck will not start its a 1993 1500 v6 pick-up the starter is good and replaced the battery. The oil was low on it add 3 qts to it.

Does the engine turn?
Do you have voltage at the starter's "S" terminal when the key is turned? (small wire at starter)
No it does sound like it i just hear the starter turning and thats about it was wondering if the engine might be seized
So...the starter turns but the engine is NOT turning?Or is it just a clunk when you try it?
some times just a clunk then other it a very slow turn almost like it has a weak battery slow turn but just put in a new battery to day
I see. You will want to turn the engine with a socket, (5/8") from the crankshaft pulley, with a ratchet and see if it is hard to turn. Normally if the starter is having trouble turning it you won't be able to turn it very much by hand. That would indicate that the engine is siezed.
