2006 cobalt: trans..relearn..it starts then dies..replacing

Customer Question

i have 2006 cobalt thats not communicating from the ecm to trans module or theft deterent module have replaced ecm, fuse block, had to relearn theft deterent module it starts then dies out right away , can't just keep replacing modules

Already Tried:
change ecm found break in power supply through fuse block so i replaced it .don't have all notes with me but tech 2 shows no communication with trans module, and theft det. module .tried relearning theft det. got it to start but won't stay running

Hello Customer, the two most common causes of this is either a bad ignition switch or a bad body control module. Both of these give the signals for the modules to communicate with eachother. Most of the time this is the body control module on this vehicle.
