You need to remove a skid plate to access, here are some pictures to help.

need to know location of the actuater with two vacume lines and an electrical plug.

It sounds like your talking about the front axle switch, here is a picture.

the front axle switch has no vacuum lines. the part is called a front axle actuator and it looks like it mounts on some type of a stand-off.

  1. Remove the battery and battery tray.
  2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum actuator.

  1. Install the vacuum actuator.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

  1. Install the vacuum actuator bolts.
    • Tighten the bolts to 1.4 Nm (12 inch lbs.).

  1. Connect the front drive axle clutch cable. The front drive axle clutch cable must engage the vacuum actuator retainer spring.
