you need to know how to replace a VSS in a 1994 1500 suburban?but it states you already replaced that sensor in the transfer case rear.so why would you need to know how to change it?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

second one
Expert:  Gary replied 6 years ago.
ok there is only 1 VSS which is in the tail shaft of the transfer case.if that one was changed make sure the wiring from that sensor all the way up is good.if the wiring is good more than likely the VSS buffer is not sending the speed signal to the ECM to shift it.here is where that buffer is and here is the schematic for that circuit

where is that buffer located
Expert:  Gary replied 6 years ago.
according to the picture passenger side under the dash.thats the best picture i have on where its located.usually the best way to find it is when you get the new buffer get under the dash in that area and match up the new one with the the old one
