2007 chevy cobalt: key stuck in the ignition and will not start

Resolved Question:

2007 chevy cobalt -- key stuck in the ignition and will not start. I can turn the key but the engine will not start and now they key is stuck

This is what happens when to battery goes dead it takes power to release the key to turn off i would charge or jump the battery and consider having it checked or replaced.

tried to jump start and this nothing happened the key is stuck in the "acc" it will not turn all the way back to turn completely off
