the most common cause is the Air Temp Motor (Driver Side)

 

you can try a re-calibration of the system to see if that helps if not you need to remove the Air Temp Motor and inspect the linkage if connection is good replace the Air Temp Motor

recalibration can be tried by by pulling the HVAC/ECAS fuse for 30 seconds, then turning the ignition on for one minute. if that does not work you can also try removing both battery cables and hold them together for a few seconds.

 

if recalibration does not help the Temp Motor is the most common problem
