2007 Chevy Tahoe: I cannot buckle drivers seat belt..latch..housing

This answer was rated:

I have a 2007 Chevy Tahoe. I cannot buckle drivers seat belt. The latch doesn't want to move and will not allow the buckle to settle into the housing. What can I do about this? We had the same problem when we first purchased the vehicle with the center seat belt buckle and latch in the front seat.

Greetings and Welcome to Just answer.

There is a problem in the buckle. You can try repairing it but the safety issues surrounding the seat belts, I do not recommend that. I recommend replacing it.
