Greetings and Welcome to Just answer.

Depending on the power windows that you have, these should be it. If you post your VIN, I can check to be sure.

its an extended cab do you know why the driver side and both rear power windows would quit working all at the same time? the passenger side still works fine what could it be besides the driver side window switch that controls all the windows?

Do the locks and mirrors work from the left door?

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
the power mirror control on the drivers door still works fine for both mirrors and the door lock button works from the driver door and the passenger door

Sorry for the delay. check the left door circuit breaker. Also you have an open recall on that. GO and visit your local dealer.

The circuit breaker is in the left dash fuse block.

Let me know if swapping for the right does anything.
