How do I get more pulling power out of my 1500 4WD Chevy Avalanche

Resolved Question:

How do I get more pulling power out of my 1500 4WD Chevy Avalanche 5.0, without hurting my gas millage. What happens if I chip it? I pull a inclosed bike trailer with 3 harleys in it maybe 5000lbs to 6000lbs. If can't be done then how do I improve my gas millage? Air flow, K&N ??

HelloXXXXX is the vehicle stock at this time?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Yes the vehicle is stock. also I want to keep or emprove my gas mileage!
Expert:  BOBBYSS replied 6 years ago.
Okay. The best upgrades to this vehicle while keeping the mileage is an air intake and exhaust system. Using a cold air intake from Volant or K&N coupled with a high flow exhaust from MAgnaflow will provide a big increase in pulling power. If you want even more power an ECON Hypertech programmer will give you more power with added mileage.
