2005 Equinox Windshield washer sprayer..drives..engaged..hose

Customer Question

2005 Equinox Windshield washer sprayer on front windshield barely reaches window. Fluid drains out under drives side when washer engaged. The pump appears to work but I think the hose may have frozen and broken. How do I change the hose from the resevoir to the nozzles? Also, the bottle freezes everytime it gets below 30 degrees and we drive on the highway. Even with fluid rated to -20F.
