sounds like you may have leaking intake gaskets, to check start the truck and spray carb clean at the intake gaskets between the cylinder head on both banks. If idle changes, while spraying the gaskets then you have leaking gaskets.

Shane the truck is shuting itself down either killing the fuel or the ign. it starts strong and then dies if It was the intake manifold gasket it would not run fine when it was running rite? I was having trouble because this only was hapenning intermitantly, then the problem would disapear and we would be fine for a couple of hundred miles then it would hapen again, this hapend for a couple of month's then one day i stopped to fill the tank and the truck has started for a few seconds just like it did before then died and it does this repeatedly start die start die stat die, before if i waited 10 to 20 mins it would start and run fine for a week or a few hunded mile's now its start die start die!

When the truck dies, does it run rough before it dies, or does the engine shut off as if the key was turned off?

just like the key was shut of it starts for a few seconds like two or three and then dies
Do you have a security or theft deterent light on when the truck dies?

by god i do! what does this mean?

you may try to relearn the pass-key system by the following procedure:

30 Minute Re-Learn Procedure

  1. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
  2. Attempt to start the engine, then release the key to ON (vehicle will not start).
  3. Observe the SECURITY telltale, after approximately 10 minutes the telltale will turn OFF.
  4. Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds.
  5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 two more times for a total of 3 cycles/30 minutes ( the vehicle is now ready to relearn the PasslockTM Sensor Data Code and/or passwords on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK).
  6. Important: The vehicle learns the PasslockTM Sensor Data Code and/or password XXXXX the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK. You must turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle.

  7. Start the engine (the vehicle has now learned the PasslockTM Sensor Data Code and/or password).

Let me know if this helps. You may need a new pass lock sensor if this procedure does not work
