What does the vehicle run like?
Was the problem there before you tuned up the truck?
How is idle stability?

yes the problem was there before the tune up. the car has very slight hesitation while idling but you the idle is pretty stable.

So it's not running too bad?
First, let's check for vacuum leaks, get some carb cleaner or starting fluid.
Spray the engine area down and listen for the vehicle to respond to the external fuel.
Try blocking the throttle pasage with a block of wood, make sure the vehicle stalls.
Do you have a scan tool? If you can, try to find out what cylinders are missing.
Try installing a shim into the crankhaft sensor.
There is a bulletin on possible debris in the distributor. Check This TSB and let me know what you think.
