Hello my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be more than ahppy to assist you.
There are two ways you can get it off.
The first way and this is what I like to use is a Strap Wrench. Take the strap wrench and wrap it around the water pump pulley then wedge the handel underneath one of the other pulleys. Then take your wrench on the fan nut and try to break it free. The more force you use to brake the fan free the tighter the Strap Wench gets making the hold on the water pump tighter.
The second way is to go to your local parts store like Autozore, O' Reilly's, or any auto parts store that has loaner tools. All you have to do is give them a deposit use the tool, take it back and they will give you your money back.
What you will need is the Water Pump Fan Clutch tool. It will bolt to the water pump so you can hold it while you break the fan clutch loose.
