HelloCustomer is the check engine light on when this happens?

Okay. You should start by cleaning out the vehicles throttle body. This is where the air intake tube connects to the engine from the air filter. Remove it and spray it out with throttle body cleaner and wipe it clean with a lint free rag. If that does not help then you more than likely have a bad intake manifold gasket.

I did clean it with CRC throttle body cleaner and that did not make a differants. If the intake gasket was bad is there a way to check it.

It depends on where the leak is. You can take your cleaner and spray it around the intake manifold to see if you get any rpm change. If you do then it is leaking. THis will not detect a leak on the back side of the manifold though.
