I have a CD stuck in my 2004 Chevy Silverado crew cab. The CD plays but when trying to eject it makes a grinding noise and an error message "Check CD". Any ideas?

Hi and thanks for your question. You can try to pull the radio fuses and see if you can get the radio to reset and eject your CD.. It sounds like one of the gears inside the radio has striped out and will need to be repaired. Try the fuses first , its a 50/50 shot. KenObject Number:(NNN) NNN-NNNN Size: FS

If that does not work and you need to pull it out to have it fixed, try carstereohelp.com. I have used them once myself and had a good experience. If you need to know how to get that out let me know...Thank You Ken
