Hello and welcome, dont worry about thr map sensor, this code was set as a result of the low idle speed error code of P0506. eal simple repair for this concern, this is caused by excessive carbon build up in the throttle body. the cabon restricts the air flow around thr throttl platr and throttle body. just remove thr air box from the upper enginr and clean out th throttle body with some carb cleaner or throttlr body cleaner.

On rare occasions, a SES light may be experienced due to DTCs P0105, P0106, and/or P0506. There may or may not be an idle complaint accompanying the SES light. This may be due to excessive carbon build up in the throttle body.
