Did you bleed the master cylinder?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
yes

Does it slowly sink to the floor or does it just drop to the floor? If it sinks there may still be air in the system or a leak, if it drops to the floor and you have rear drums the adjustment on the shoes may be too far in and by the time the shoes travel to where they contact the drum you have already pushed the brake pedal to the floor. Are you sure you have no leaks? Did you pull back the rubber boots on the rear wheel cylinders and look for fluid.

no leaks and has no drums has disk

Ok does the brake pedal come up all the way? The reason I ask, there may be adjustment on the length of the rod on the pedal linkage. Do you have any brakes at all when you try to stop? Are the wheel bearings loose?
Expert:  Mike S. replied 7 years ago.
On what order and procedure did you use to bleed? Is the brake light on, all the time or when you put foot on brake?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
everything was good till it broke rear brake line now it just gose to floor

Ok, is it a rear wheel anti-lock system? If so did you get brake fluid coming out when bleeding? Did you hold open the combination valve? Or is it a 4 wheel ABS.
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
how can i tell if its 2 or 4 wheel abs

Do you have any wheel sensors on the front? Autozone says 1996-99 4wal ABS system.
