What is the best way to remove heater core on 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 8.1 liter engine pick up?

Hi! There

The dash is removed to be able to remove the hvac box. The hvac box must be removed to replace the heater core. This is about an 8 hour job. To do the job see below. If you have any other questions on this just ask.

Thanks for responding so quickly. Do you have removal & installation instructions (including pictures) from a GM service manual?. Our mechanic already has All Data

info but it is very vague. He has gone home for the day, will be in at 7 a.m.
