Power for the turn signal circuit originates at fuse 16 (turn/BU) in the fues panel, and goes from there to the turn signal flasher. From the flasher it travels to the multifunction switch through the pink wire at the switch.
Check to make sure you ahve 12 volts present at the pink wire entering the multifunction swithc from the flasher; if you do, then you most likely ahve a faulty multifunction switch.
Although it is not uncommon for this switch to wear out (especially after 12 years of use), there are no recalls or service campaigns, silent or otherwise, that we can find.
