HelloCustomer your S10 is fuel injected. If you are adding fuel into the throttlebody to get it running, it's most likely that your fuel pressure is a little lower than necessary to start the truck. Step one for you is to check for fuel pressure. You should have 9-13 psi. Checking for fuel pressure is not as easy on this vehicle as some others. If it's lower your fuel pump is to blame. You need to disconnect the pressure hose and insert test adapters to hook the guage inline. Let me know what you find.
Your JA Expert,
If you add fuel now, will it start and stall or no signs of life what-so-ever?
