98 olds bravada: park..running lights..spark..brake lights work

98 olds bravada stuck in park, no dash or day time running lights, no spark from ignition. brake lights work..

Does it crank over? Does the radio or wipers come on in any key position?

radio is wired to the battery. fog light high beeams and wipers work

If you aren't getting any feed to the dash lights or ignition I would suspect the ignition switch.

ok well i replace that come tommorrow. but would that cause it not to shift out of park as well ?

Yes, because if the electric release solenoid is not being fed power it will keep it locked in park.
