Welcome to JA,

The code says "Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input". This does not necessarily mean the IAT is bad. It could be a broken wire in the circuit causing the PCM to see a High level. All the PCM knows is it is seeing a high all the time. The IAC signal should vary from High to low as the intake air temperature varies.
