I am attaching a site to show how the vin numbers are read. Normally on G.M., and the site agrees, the last six digits are the production numbers. So that would make your vehicle #251922; however, the 10th digit you have is not right. There is no Z year. Y is 2000 and 1 is 2001, L is 1990. Resubmit the VIN and I can get you more info.
