What year and model Chevy do you have?

P0101 = The PCM detects that the actual MAF sensor frequency signal is not within a predetermined range of the calculated MAF value for more than 4 seconds.


Without the use of a scan tool that can read engine data, it will be hard to verify the exact cause of the code, but best bet is that its due to a MAF sensor.

Ok, lots of times an aftermarket intake will effect the sensor. Short of some wiring issue, the MAF sensor just has an electrical failure and needs to be replaced. Check all the surrounding wire before replacement just to make sure nothing is shorted or cut.
