HelloCustomer you can relearn the passlock code and thus bypass the system unless there is something severely wrong by: Putting the key in the ignition and moving the ignition to the run position and leaving it there for a full ten minutes. The security indicator will flash for the full ten minutes and stop when finished after this take the key out and put back in and start the vehicle. If the vehicle is going into theft lock mode even though you are using the right key, the lock cylinder which houses the hall effect sensor likely needs replacing.
