REPLACE THROTTLE POSITIONING SENSOR,REBUILT THROTTLE BODY,REPLACE SOMETHIN ELSE ON THROTTLE BODY BUT CANT REMEMBER NAME..SORRY

YES I HAVE I CAN KEEP IT RUNNIN WITH MY FOOT ON THE ACCELERATER WITH THE TRUCK N DRIVE BUT AS SOON AS I TAKE IT OFF THE TRUCK DIES

back the screw down to 650-700 RPM, if it will not run or back down at all then you have a vacuum leak somewhere, the best way to check for a vacuum leak if you can not hear a high pitch whistle, is to take a can of carb cleaner with the straw attached, spray around the base of the TBI unit, all the vacuum lines and hoses, the egr valve, and the intake to head gasket surface, it the engine revs with the spray on any of these spots, then you have a leak , and this is the cause of the problem, if you can not locate a leak from doing this, then look at all the vacuum accessories, like the brakes ,cruise control unit, etc..... some were you have a vacuum leak and the problem is just hunting it down.
