Whats making this clicking sound in my 2005 trailblazer

Resolved Question:

Its making a clicking sound when the key is turned on or is first started.Its coming from the back passenger side panel by the third row seat ,but it only last for a few minutes.

Already Tried:
leaving the back air/heat of but now it just keeps doing it.

When i turn the key on or even start the vehicle its making a loud clicking,thumping sound ,they are about a second apart ,its coming from the back passenger side of vehicle below the side glass .When it first started i could turn the rear heat/ac fan controll off and it would stop but now it does it regardless,but it only last for a minute or two.

Ok. That sounds like the heat door actuator may be faulty. I would remove the panel and disconnect the door actuator. If the noise is gone and the door turns properly, then replace the actuator.
