PASSENGER COMPARTMENT AIR FILTER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

  1. Remove the instrument panel hush panel.
  2. Remove the filter access door screw.
  3. Remove the filter access door from the HVAC module.
  4. Remove the passenger compartment air filters.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

  1. Install the passenger compartment air filters.
  2. Install the filter access door to the HVAC module. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
  3. Install the filter access door screw. Tighten Tighten the screw to 1.6 Nm (14 lb in) .
  4. Install the instrument panel hush panel.

By the hush panel do you mean the cover that covers the evaporater? I dont see another acces door thru the opening I did not want to remove the panel it seems that it will be hard to reposition is this the correct panel do you have any pictures that will help

Yes that is the panel thier are three 7mm bolts holding it up. No illistrations that will help with the hush panel
