What year and what engine size is this?

Was it a same engine swap?

Was anything else changed?

Do you have spark and fuel pressure?

OK, moving the distributor on that engine doesn't change timing. It changes injecter synch. In order to set it correctly, it requires the use of a class2 scan tool that has a PID for camshaft offset and it has to be adjusted to "0".

I can give you a procedure that will get it close enough to run but if you are off more than 3 or 4 degrees, it will put the check engine light on with a P1345 code.
